• Have a valid mailing address for product delivery

• Have only one active account per household

3. Offer Completion Requirements

• Making a qualifying purchase with a sponsor

5. No Cash Alternative

Products and rewards offered through FreeClaim have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any monetary equivalent. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or assigned to any other person. FreeClaim products are for personal use only.

6. Platform Rights and Conduct

FreeClaim reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the platform at any time
• Change offer requirements and product availability without notice
• Disqualify participants who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Users are prohibited from using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. Multiple accounts, fraudulent offer completions, and abuse of the reward system will result in permanent account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

FreeClaim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of any product you have claimed through our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
